Nation's First Successfully Breaks Foreign Tech Monopoly
The electric drive system serves as the core carrier for power output in new energy vehicles, advancing comprehensively toward "high speed, high dynamics, and high integration." However, China has long relied on imported equipment in the field of high-speed motor testing. Recently, Tianqing Runbo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qingrunbo"), an enterprise in Wuqing Development Zone, collaborating with industry-academia-research partners, broke this foreign technological monopoly and officially launched the nation's first "32,000 rpm Triple-Motor Endurance Test Rig."
The "32,000 rpm Triple-Motor Endurance Test Rig" was jointly developed by Qingrunbo, the Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University (hereinafter referred to as "Tsinghua Tianjin High-end Institute"), and Xiangyang Da'an Automotive Testing Center Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Da'an Center"). It can simulate various real-world driving scenarios, such as high-speed cruising, rapid acceleration, and long-distance uphill driving, under ultra-high-speed operation. This allows for a comprehensive "check-up" of the drive motor, accurately evaluating its performance endurance and fault response capabilities under extreme working conditions.
Three Major Technological Advantages
1.Empowered by Ultra-Slippery Technology: Utilizing the solid-liquid coupled ultra-slippery technology system pioneered by Academician Luo Jianbin’s team at Tsinghua University, core components such as gearboxes and high-speed spindles have been independently developed, achieving a qualitative leap in efficiency and reliability.
2.Leading with Ultra-High Speed: A breakthrough peak speed of 32,000 rpm has been achieved—equivalent to 20 times the speed of common household motors—aligning with international advanced standards and providing top-tier testing support for the development of new energy and intelligent connected vehicles.
3.Extensive Compatibility and Adaptability: Strictly compliant with national durability testing standards, the system is compatible with motor products across the industry. Its durability performance surpasses that of similar advanced test benches domestically and internationally, promising broad application prospects.
