Zhao Pinjiang (Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee) is responsible for Party building, trade unions, the Communist Youth League, women's federations, united front work, team building, personnel management, risk control system construction, legal affairs, asset management, project procedure handling, daily management of holding companies, and targeted assistance work. Liu Wei (Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission) is responsible for disciplinary inspection and supervision work, and assists in party affairs work. Responsible for the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department.
Xi Zhihua (Deputy General Manager) is in charge of the relevant work of Yixian Garden.
Xu Kun (Party Committee member and Deputy General Manager) is responsible for engineering construction and management, land special rectification, major project special team work, safety production, petition stability, emergency response, and people's armed forces work, and coordinates the work of the Development Area police station. Wang Xiaoxue (Chief Accountant) is responsible for coordinating capital operations and debt financing work, financial accounting management, external auditing, financial supervision and other financial work, cost evaluation and bidding procurement work, and coordinating tax work.
