Recently, the Tianjin Development and Reform Commission announced the list of enterprises receiving financial support from the Tianjin Service Industry Special Fund for 2025. Two enterprises from Wuqing Development Area were selected, namely Tianjin Nuohao Zhiyuan Technology Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Jinchang Human Resources Service Co., Ltd.
The Tianjin Service Industry Special Fund supports enterprises that have been included in the list of Tianjin Service Industry Innovation and Development Demonstration Enterprises for 2024. The aim is to support the growth-oriented service industry innovation and development demonstration enterprises, accelerate the cultivation of a number of leading and high-growth enterprises with strong competitiveness and influence, build a pyramid-shaped team of high-quality enterprises with a solid foundation and progressive advancement, and promote the high-quality development of Tianjin's modern service industry.
Tianjin Novogene Technology Co., Ltd.
It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Novogene Technology Co., Ltd. Its business covers technology services, clinical testing, laboratory automation solutions and life science tools. It has established a standard production process, obtained GMP workshop certification, possesses a complete quality management system and a strict testing system, and has been granted a medical device manufacturing license. It also holds certifications for quality management systems such as ISO9001 and ISO13485. Since its establishment, it has successfully applied for medical device products such as "Digital PCR Chip Reader", "Human EGFR, KRAS, BRAF, PIK3CA, ALK, ROS1 Gene Mutation Detection Kits (Semiconductor Sequencing Method)" and its accompanying analysis software. In 2024, it was selected into the list of gradient cultivation enterprises for service industry innovation in Tianjin, and is classified as a star enterprise.
The establishment of the special funds for the service industry in Tianjin is a concrete measure to implement the work requirements of the municipal committee and the municipal government to "further develop modern service industries". This fund will be used to support enterprises in conducting technological innovation, model innovation, brand building and other related work, and further promote the gradient cultivation of innovative demonstration enterprises in the service industry.
