Another Project Kicks Off! The Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Great International New Materials Precision Configuration Center was Held
On June 23rd, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Great International New Materials Precision Configuration Center was held at No. 8 Yuanming Road, Wuqing Development Area.
Great Group is one of the leading inventory traders of special alloys in the Asia-Pacific region and globally. In 2002, Tianjin Great New Metal Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianjin Great") was established in Wuqing Development Area. After more than 20 years of development, Tianjin Great has become a comprehensive foreign trade processing enterprise with core businesses including spot warehousing, shearing processing, and sales and distribution of special alloys. Its major partners include Haynes International, SMC, ATI from the United States, VDM, Nickel Institute from Germany, Outokumpu from Sweden, Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal, JFE Steel, Kobe Steel from Japan, and POSCO from South Korea.
Due to the need for development, Great Group has invested 220 million yuan to build the Great International New Materials Precision Configuration Center in Wuqing Development Area, aiming to create the first complete system of special alloy deep processing base in the north. After the project is put into production, the annual turnover is expected to be about 450 million yuan and the annual tax payment about 25 million yuan.
The implementation of this project will not only open up new space for the enterprise's own development, but also inject new vitality into the economic development of Wuqing Development Area. Wuqing Development Area will always adhere to the concept that "serving others is developing oneself", and persist in the "first inquiry responsibility system" and the "time-limited completion system", providing full-process, "one-stop" services for project procedures, and spare no effort to promote the early completion and early production of the project. At the same time, it will fully carry out the carrier improvement project, accelerate the construction of "an open, collaborative and innovative hub · a low-carbon, smart and happy city", vigorously promote scientific and technological innovation, industrial renewal and urban renewal, further activate the existing resources, cultivate new increments and improve quality, and jointly draw a high-quality development picture in the final year of the 14th Five-Year Plan with enterprises.
