The meeting comprehensively reviewed the work progress in April, analyzed and assessed the current development situation, identified deficiencies, and addressed shortcomings. It urged all personnel in the park to swiftly switch from "holiday mode" to "work mode" and advance all tasks with full enthusiasm, strict discipline, and a pragmatic work style.
The meeting conveyed and studied the spirits of recent relevant work conferences held by the municipal and district party committees. Heads of various departments and holding companies within the park reported on the main work carried out in April and their work plans for the next stage. Members of the leading group provided comments on each piece of work, analyzed and identified problems, proposed targeted measures, and made detailed deployments for key tasks in the second quarter. The meeting pointed out that since the beginning of this year, Wuqing Development Area has continued to implement the city's "Ten Initiatives for High-Quality Development" and the district party committee's "3+1+1" work approach. Adhering to the general principle of "seeking progress while maintaining stability and promoting stability through progress," the zone has prioritized key project construction, the establishment of innovation platforms, and enterprise cultivation, among other efforts. It has vigorously developed new quality productive forces, resulting in improved quality and efficiency of the park's economic development, accelerated accumulation of development momentum, and a stable start with good momentum in major economic indicators. The meeting emphasized that the second quarter is the "golden period" for the whole year's development. The meeting required that, in line with the deployments of the municipal and district party committees, by focusing on grasping key points, tackling difficult points, and creating highlights, all work should be elevated to a new level through the pursuit of "three landmark achievements." First, cultivate landmark projects. Upholding the principle of "projects as the top priority," and adhering to the "dual-high-end" guidance of intelligent technology and biomedical industries, the zone should plan a batch of landmark projects with leading, exemplary, and driving effects to forge new advantages for high-quality development. Second, build landmark areas. Persisting in optimization, quality improvement, and establishing distinctiveness in the park, a "construction, production, investment, and service" integrated management system should be established. The development of carriers such as the Entrepreneurship Headquarters Base, China-Europe Industrial Park, and Nordic Industrial Park should be continuously improved to promote the efficient development of industrial clusters. Third, achieve landmark revitalization. By promoting the "three new approaches" and solidifying the "three quantifiable aspects," a series of characteristic asset revitalization and urban renewal projects with industries and growth points should be formed. This will lead to revitalization and prosperity through revitalization efforts, generating incremental growth and benefits.
