In order to strengthen the construction of the labor relations coordinator team and create a standardized,orderly,fair,reasonable,mutually beneficial,and harmonious and stable labor relations atmosphere,on the morning of August 3rd,the training on the creation of harmonious labor relations in Wuqing District was held at the Saide Business Conference Center of the International Enterprise Community in Wuqing Development Zone,with the participation of relevant leaders from more than 60 enterprises.
This training is organized by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Wuqing District,Wuqing Development Zone,Wuqing District Federation of Industry and Commerce,and Wuqing District Federation of Trade Unions.It is also organized by the Human Resources Association of Wuqing Development Zone,Wuqing District Pan Human Resources Industry Alliance,and Wuqing District Human Resources Service Enterprise Alliance.
The training focused on explaining labor policies and the creation of harmonious enterprises.Combined with practical cases,common labor disputes were analyzed to help enterprises better grasp labor laws and regulations,standardize employment management,and reduce employment risks.At the same time,the training invited senior experts to start with basic knowledge such as labor standard management,labor contract management,collective negotiation and collective contract management,labor rules and regulations management,enterprise democratic management,and labor dispute resolution.Through in-depth analysis and detailed explanation,efforts were made to enhance the professional ability and comprehensive quality of enterprise labor relations coordinators,and the level of enterprise labor relations risk prevention,resolution,and comprehensive governance was improved.
