Highlights of the park
Since the beginning of this year,Wuqing Development Zone has closely focused on the"Ten Actions"of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government,as well as the"3+1+1"work concept of the District Party Committee,seized the strategic opportunities for coordinated development between Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei,adhered to the overall tone of seeking progress while maintaining stability,implemented the"primary task"and"first priority"of economic development,anchored the annual goals and tasks,continuously increased investment attraction efforts,and strived to take the lead in practical work.In the first half of the year,a total of 100 high-quality projects were introduced,with a total investment of 3.544 billion yuan,achieving both time and task goals.
On July 18th,the Wuqing Development Zone held a centralized signing event for key projects.Ten projects,including Shanxi Construction Engineering,Shenling,Tengyuan Electric Appliances,Hilda,Taihe Future,Lingkun Technology,and TBEA New Energy,have settled in the Wuqing Development Zone with a total investment of 1.01 billion yuan.
Recently,CCID Consulting,a direct subsidiary of the China Institute of Electronic Information Industry Development under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,released the national"2023 Top 100 Biopharmaceutical Industrial Parks"list,ranking Wuqing Development Zone 34th,an increase of 14 places from the previous year,achieving a breakthrough in promotion.This is the fourth year that CCID Consulting has released this list,and Wuqing Development Zone has been on the list for four consecutive years.
Recently,the Advanced Manufacturing Industry Research Center of China\'s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,CCID Consulting,released the"Top 100 Advanced Manufacturing Industry Parks in China(2023)"list.Wuqing Development Zone has once again been shortlisted!
Building an intelligent technology industry highland with intelligent rail transit as the core is an important part of the"14th Five Year Plan"of Wuqing Development Zone to build a modern industrial system.At present,the Wuqing Development Zone is accelerating the construction of an intelligent rail transit industrial park,led by two leading enterprises,the Railway Academy and Traffic Control Equipment,to accelerate the gathering of upstream and downstream enterprises.Relying on the"one institute,one alliance,and multiple platforms",through talent cultivation and technological innovation,the core competitiveness of the industry is enhanced,and the formation of an intelligent rail transit industry ecosystem with complete research and development production capabilities is promoted.
On July 29th,the Wuqing Development Zone held a six-month work conference on high-quality development,further promoting and guiding all cadres and employees to fully understand the current development situation,unite their efforts,overcome difficulties,truly focus on practical work,and go all out to sprint for the third quarter,winning the second half of the year,and exceeding the annual task indicators to high standards.

Party and Mass Work
On July 4th,the Wuqing Development Zone held the"Never Forget the Original Chinese Dream•Great Development Zone"and the 2023 Wuqing Development Zone Celebrating the"July 1st"themed Party Day event.More than 120 members of the park team,secretaries of grassroots party organizations,party workers,party member representatives,and representatives of park enterprises participated.
On July 20th,the mid-term promotion symposium on the work of the Wuqing Trade Union(the second area)was held in the Wuqing Development Zone.
Since the beginning of this year,the Women\'s Federation of Wuqing Development Zone has actively implemented the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the deployment of the"Ten Actions"of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government.It has continued to make efforts around the"3+1+1"work concept of the District Committee,fully playing the role of a bridge and link,uniting and leading all female employees to take the initiative to take on responsibilities based on their actual positions,and contributing to the high-quality development of the park.

Hongri Pharmaceutical has been nominated for the"2022-2023 Most Influential List of China\'s Pharmaceutical Industry".
Recently,the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of"green factories"in Tianjin for the year 2022.Two enterprises in the Wuqing Development Zone are listed,namely Haistanpu Automotive Components(Tianjin)Co.,Ltd.and Junsheng Qunying(Tianjin)Automotive Accessories Co.,Ltd.
An Qing appeared at the 2023 World Artificial Intelligence Conference and released a new product.
On July 12th,the launch ceremony of the first"Tianjin Energy Conservation Promotion Week Green,Low Carbon,and Energy Efficient Market"was held at the Tianjin Double Carbon Building.Huade Smart Energy Management(Tianjin)Co.,Ltd.appeared at the market as a representative enterprise of green and low-carbon technology.
Recently,the China National Intellectual Property Administration officially announced the winners of the 24th China Patent Award.The invention patent of"Online Monitoring Method for Endpoint of Traditional Chinese Medicine Formula Particle Mixing Process"applied by Beijing Kangrentang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,a subsidiary of Tianjin Hongri Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,won the Excellent Award of the Chinese Patent Award.

Safety production
On July 14th,the Wuqing Development Zone held a summer traffic safety centralized investigation and rectification hundred day action and flood season safety production deployment meeting.
At present,it is a critical period for flood prevention during the"seven down and eight up"period,with frequent occurrence of extreme weather.The Wuqing Development Zone continues to strengthen supervision and inspection,strictly implement responsibilities,and spare no effort to do a good job in flood prevention work.

Theme promotion
July 10-16,2023 is the 33rd National Energy Conservation Promotion Week,with the theme of"Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction,Let\'s Go Together".To enhance enterprises\'awareness of energy conservation and carbon reduction,and guide them to take the path of green and low-carbon development,on July 13th,Wuqing Development Zone held a theme visit event in the international enterprise community,with more than 30 enterprise leaders participating.

Park services
On July 14th,the first of a series of policy promotion and implementation activities in Tianjin-a special training session on the policy of adding and deducting enterprise research and development expenses-was held at the People\'s Government of Wuqing District.The Wuqing Development Zone organized more than 70 enterprises\'scientific research management personnel,financial personnel,etc.to participate.
In order to comprehensively study and implement the XiJinping concept of the rule of law and further strengthen the publicity and education of the rule of law,on the morning of July 21st,Wuqing Development Zone held a special training session on the rule of law with the theme of"Compliance:The Fundamental Guarantee for Enterprise Survival and Development-Construction and Risk Prevention of State owned Enterprise Compliance System".
On July 28th,the"Recruitment Service Enters the Business District,Government and Enterprise Work Together to Promote Employment"and the 5th Offline Recruitment Fair of Wuqing Development Zone were held at Wanda Plaza,Fuyuan,Wuqing,Tianjin.
