Recently,the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of“Green Factories”in Tianjin for the year 2022.Wuqing Development Zone has two companies on the list:Gestamp Auto Components(Tianjin)Co.,Ltd.and JoysonQuin(Tianjin)Automotive Decorative Trim Co.,Ltd.

Gestamp Auto Components(Tianjin)Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as“Tianjin Gestamp”)is a joint venture between Gestamp Group and Beijing Automotive\'s subsidiary,Hainachuan.It specializes in the production of automotive body parts,including hot forming,cold stamping,welding assemblies,chassis welding,and assembly.It supplies automotive components to key customers such as Mercedes-Benz,FAW Volkswagen,Geely Volvo,Toyota,and BAIC New Energy.Currently,Tianjin Gestamp has three Spanish hot forming production lines,including one TIP line.The factory boasts over 200 welding robots,achieving full automation in the welding process,and is taking initial steps toward Industry 4.0.

JoysonQuin(Tianjin)Automotive Decorative Trim Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as“JoysonQuin”)is established with investment from Ningbo JoysonQuin Automotive Systems Co.,Ltd.It primarily engages in the manufacturing,processing,and sales of critical automotive components and decorative trim.Its main business is the production of high-end decorative trim for Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
