Rectified
and setup in December of 1991, Wuqing Development Area is
of a state level high and new technological and industrial
development area. It is located between Beijing and Tianjin.
Along the Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu high way, 71 km up to Beijing,
71 km down to Tianjin New Harbor, 25 km down to Tianjin
downtown, 35 km to Tianjin International Airport and 90
km up to Beijing Capital International Airport. The advantages
of the geographical position are richly endowed by nature.

The
total plan area of the Wuqing Development Area is 24.8 km2.
It is consisted of residential area, central area and industrial
area. The construction was started on June 23, 1992. At
present, 6.4 km2 has been developed at the first stage,
and occupied by different projects. The 6.9 km2 for the
second stage is under investment invitation. By the end
of 2002, 1.13 billion Yuan of construction fund for fundamental
facilities has been invested accumulatively. A lot of necessary
service facilities like Swan Lake holiday Inn, Custom Training
Center, Qi Xian Hot Spring Departments, Ying Hua Bilingual
School, and Creative Building have been completed. The administrative
service offices like Customs, Industrial and Commercial
Bureau, Tax Bureau, Police Station, Bank, Insurance Company,
Human Resource Market, Logistic Company, Lawyer Agency have
set up in this area, forming a complete support and service
system.

Wuqing Development Area has abided by the concept
