The investor can either gain the land use right by hiring to build workshops himself (the land use period is 50 years), or to build factory by purchasing and renting the standard workshop.

The fundamental facilities supplied to the investors are: road, water supply, drainage, electric power, heat and steam, natural gas, cable TV, communication wide band （Wide Band） and so on, we can guarantee at least one side of the sold land territory is close to the road. Various pipelines are to be within 5 meters outside the land territory.
